It shows total traffic to monster and careerbuilder as the same but that is just their domaini traffic. Careerbuilder gets half of its traffic from other partner sites so it actually has double that of monster. Hotjobs has more traffic than monster and less the careerbuilder. Yahoo does not seem to put much in their HJ business since they are focusing on Google from a search aspect instead of CB and monster for jobs. The candidates I have gotten off HJ are 95% garbage any way. It was by far the cheapest of the 3, so I gues you get what you pay for.
